Satyananda Yoga with Susan Gray

This class will be a beginners level feature the elements described below.

Susan Gray has over 15 years experience teaching Satyananda yoga and meditation in the West of Ireland.  Satyananda yoga is a very traditional form of yoga that includes Asana (postures) Pranayamya (breath work and specific practices) and meditation.
