My name is Marion Long. I work for Optum Ireland and am based out of the Letterkenny office. My background is technical and in the last two years I have moved away from technical roles and am now a project manager/scrum master.

Marion informally provides career coaching and encouragement to my fellow colleagues by reviewing cvs and helping with interview prep.

Marion is also involved with our Women in Technology group who promote technology and leadership to existing female staff and to potential graduate recruits. Marion has some excellent experience with creating presentations and presenting to different audiences including senior leaders and that’s why Marion has volunteered for that Communication Skills.

Marion would enjoy the opportunity to coach and to learn from that experience and bring some of that back to my own workplace.

Areas Marion can help you:

  • Communication skills: Presentation Skills, Pitching Perfection, Active Listening, Openness to Feedback, Verbal/Non Verbal Communications
