This 90-minute online session is designed for anyone who wants to understand AI and start using it with confidence. Delivered by Joanne Sweeney of Digital Training Institute, she will explain what AI is, how tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude work, and where they can support everyday tasks including research, writing, planning and productivity. The session will include practical examples, simple prompting techniques and guidance on using AI responsibly and effectively.
