Event Description:
This online workshop introduces AI agents and shows how to build one from scratch using Microsoft Copilot Studio, with no coding required. We start with what generative AI and large language models actually do (and where they fail), then build a working agent: writing system instructions, adding knowledge from websites, documents and structured data, testing and refining, and publishing it for colleagues to use.
