Event Description:
AI ambition meets operational reality
Many organisations have promising AI ideas or early experiments but struggle to turn them into viable operational projects. In this practical 90-minute webinar we will explore the work required to move from an attractive idea to a project a business can realistically test and approve. Using real-world examples and purpose-built AI tools, the session will show how to challenge and refine a use case, determine whether AI is genuinely required, identify gaps in process, data and ownership, and define a realistic first experiment. Attendees will leave with a practical approach they can apply to their own AI opportunities and a clearer understanding of the next steps required to progress them.
