And while technology is really coming into its own at this time to help us overcome isolation, this is also a time when we can over-consume on social media and sensationalist news due to boredom or unfilled time.

We’re not in normal times now, but we want to maintain some sense of normality – as parents, a lot of people are concerned about their kids screentime at the moment but may not be managing their own online time well. This workshop will provide you with the tools & techniques to manage your digital environment to support you during these difficult times.
