Program Structure;
This program has been optimised for virtual delivery using the zoom platform. It begins with a ninety-minute launch between the program facilitator and program participants.
The participants will then complete some leadership assessments which will highlight their current leadership strengths and stretches as a high-performance Leader. This will also act as a baseline for their development over the following twelve-week practical leadership development journey.
The Program consists of six three-hour practical interactive virtual workshops which will focus on different competencies of high-performance leaders. There will also be a one-to-one coaching with each participant after workshops three and six with the key purpose of supporting the participants integrate and apply the practical learnings into their daily activities. There will also be opportunities to further practice and develop these newly acquired leadership skills and frameworks at a practical group check in which will run after the six workshops and one to one coaching has been completed.
The Program completes with a group report out workshop where each participant will be invited to share their leadership development journey and how they plan to continue integrating the practical learnings beyond the program to support their leadership development. Managers and Program Sponsors also attend this closing workshop.
